the city. Baga beach is sited on the Colva and Calanguate beach.
In fact, it is an extension of the
Calanguate beach. The Goa beaches include the Benaulim beaches. This is
quite popular marking the coastline of Arabian Sea.
The palm trees and the rich sun make a
perfect destination. The beaches in Goa include the Bogmalo beach. This
is a fresh, calm and idyllic destination for a beach vacation.
This beach is suitable for swimming as
the water is safe. The beaches in Goa comprise of the Colva, Dona
Paula, Miramar, Candolim and Palolem beaches.

The Colva beach is a picturesque beach that
is less packed and ideal for relaxing. Dona Paula is a romantic beach
and is also known as ‘Lovers Paradise’.
There is a story that a Viceroy in colonial
times had a daughter, Dona Paula who wished to marry a fisherman,
Gaspar, but the Viceroy denied it and his daughter threw herself from
the cliff. Miramar beach is a breathtaking beautiful beach close to
Panji.
You can view the sunset. However, swimming
here is not recommended due to strong undercurrent. Goa beaches include
Candolim and Palolem beach, which are ideal for relaxing, yoga and
meditation and it ambience is perfect for pleasure.
