The common languages spoken are Hindi and Rajasthani. The Natives speak Marwari and Rajasthani. However, Hindi is catching up fast and is the official state language.

People of this state are very religious and adhere to all rituals as well as traditions. The dominant religion is Hinduism and the other religions followed are Jainism, Islam Christianity and Sikhism.

Rajasthan is popular for its splendid embroidery and the unique thing is it is totally hand made. There is no involvement of machines in this embroidery. Rajasthan is well known for its Kundan as well as brass work and Gold jewelry.

The designs such as Zari, block printing, Bagaru, Sanganeer, Tie and Die are popular and are exported to many countries. The Bandhni sarees are also very famous.

The culture of Rajasthan is seen in all the designs as these have been followed since centuries and the Rajasthan culture and its opulence has brought great fame to this state.
