The Rajasthan temples are intricately carved and the architectural style is exhibited in all the Hindu shrines. These temples are known for sculpted murals. The 10th century had many Jain temples and the remarkable Rajasthan temples are the Jaisalmer Jain temples.

The Shrinathji at Nathdwara is a Vaishnavite shrine, the Mehandipur Balaji temple and the Ajmer Sharif is a great Muslim shrine.

Apart from these temples, other notable temples are the Birla Mandir, Galta temple, Govind Devji temple at Jaipur and the Eklingji temple as well as the Sas Bahu temple at Udaipur.
